Campaign: Blue Cross "One amazing little card."
Focus groups revealed that the Blue Cross card itself is a powerful symbol of security and quality for members and non-members alike. So we made it the star. The look and the language brought the message down to earth with the consumer, and brought a very large insurance company down to a more human size. Print, online media and numerous sponsorships reinforced the message: It's one amazing little card.
