CRM Campaign: Inside the Rings
Part of a robust CRM program for Audi of America, Inside the Rings is an email cadence that also became a video e-newsletter sent to over 500,000 Audi owners and enthusiasts. Inside The Rings was also my life for about 4 years. We created it from concept, all in-house, from building a set and casting a host, to shooting on location at auto shows and events, to editing, creating open and closing graphics and continually evolving it based on viewer metrics. Video segments were concepted, produced and edited by our small team and merged seamlessly with existing Audi content.
